Art print size guide

The size changes how a work lives in the room. Start with the wall, the furniture below it and the distance you will see it from.

A3 — 29.7 × 42 cm

A smaller format for a shelf, a narrow wall or part of a gallery wall. An easy place to start collecting.

50 × 70 cm

A versatile middle format: large enough to stand on its own and easy to combine with other works. A strong choice above a smaller piece of furniture.

70 × 100 cm

Give the work more presence above a sofa, sideboard or bed. Leave space around it so the image can hold its own.

A0 — 84.1 × 118.9 cm

A0 gives the work room to lead above a sofa, sideboard or on a large, open wall. Measure both the wall and the space around the artwork before you choose.

The dimensions refer to the paper. A frame increases the outer dimensions. Landscape works may list the dimensions in the opposite order. Check the artwork’s size selector for available formats, prices and editions.
