Shipping policy

Free shipping

Free shipping on ART PRINTS to the countries we deliver to. No minimum spend. CANVAS EDITION has separate shipping rates and delivery times, stated for each artwork and at checkout.

Made to order. Delivered with care.

ISARK art prints are made to order through an international network of professional print partners. We aim to produce each print as close to its destination as possible. The production location depends on the artwork, size, capacity and delivery address.

Typical delivery is 7–10 business days, including production. Timing can vary by destination and during holidays. For a gift needed by a particular date, contact ISARK before ordering.

Norway delivery promise

The 10% late-delivery refund applies only to orders delivered to Norway, under the full terms on the Norwegian shipping page. It is not an international delivery guarantee.

Customs and import charges

Some international deliveries may incur import taxes or customs clearance fees if these are not included in the delivery. Any additional charges payable by the recipient must be disclosed before purchase.
