ISARK is the independent art studio of Thomas Kristensen. Based in Namsos, with roots in Finnmark, he brings magazine aesthetics, sport, pop culture and northern identity into a visual world of his own.
The work can be direct, dark, humorous or political. Each piece begins with an idea and a reason to look twice.
Art you choose because it says something
A place you carry with you. A player you grew up watching. An attitude you recognise. The work should mean something to the person who lives with it.
Nothing to prove. Plenty to say.
Limited editions, clearly defined
Edition limits vary between works and sizes. Earlier releases retain their original limits. Where an edition is stated as 100 per size, each size has its own limit; three sizes can mean up to 300 prints in total. Read the edition details on the work you choose.
Created in Norway. Available internationally.
